Gaspereau valley (annapolis valley).....head down full speed ahead. I have unknowingly crossed the road before and ended up in the ditch,  It gave some guy who was watering his lawn and witnessed it a good laugh I'm sure. Wearing a helmet is a good plan at all times. 2006 was an accident free season. I hope to repeat that performance and make it two in a row (knock on wood).
