UK -- Two cyclists with a combined age of 174 have appealed to people over 50 to follow their example and get on their bikes.

June Cocksedge, 79, and John Powell, 95, pedal regularly and are members of the Redbridge London Cycling Campaign.

Great grandmother June, of Empress Avenue, Wanstead, took up cycling in 1981.
