There are a few Submission Guidelines

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ARTICLE

You must have a free membership and be logged on.  Once you have done so, you will get a "Member Menu" on the upper right hand side of the site.  You simply click on "Submit News" or "Submit Articles".

The News section is divided into provinces, national, international, and professional categories.  The Articles section is divided into various topics such as communting, freewheelin with faith, etc.

When you are adding either type of content, please notice there is an INTRO text and a MAIN BODY text.  So, simply type one or two sentences (your first paragraph) in the intro text and then the remaining in the main body text.

NOTICE TO SPAM / INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT

Any spam or inappropriate content will result in your IP computer address to be banned from visiting our site and your username and IP address will appear in our "banned users" page.  This site is very interactional and based on trust between everyone.  As a member, you can send an email to any of our membership to connect and build relationships.  If it is reported that someone is sending spam emails, that person will be published on the site as using spam and the IP Address be permanently banned from accessing the site in the future.
